Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable solutions
Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills
Manage cash registers, perform cash management duties, and ensure proper cash handling procedures
Support loan processing activities when applicable, including basic financial transactions and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and following up as needed
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for customer service is essential
Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances ability to assist customers with financial products or transactions
Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10-key typing are necessary for accurate transaction processing
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
Ability to learn and operate financial software systems relevant to sales and cash management
Experience in loan processing or familiarity with financial products is a plus but not mandatory
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
